At Alloydesign, our alloy and pewter products are crafted with a blend of artisan handwork and precision manufacturing. Each item is inherently unique, and slight differences in finish, texture, or design are natural characteristics of handcrafted items.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the unique nature of our products, items cannot be returned or refunded based on differences in appearance, color variations, or minor design discrepancies.

  • These variations are intentional and reflect the quality and craftsmanship of each piece.


Damaged or Defective Products

  • If an item arrives damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect, customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt.

  • To facilitate resolution, customers should provide:

    • Order number

    • Detailed description of the issue

    • Photos evidencing the damage or defect


Replacement or Resolution Process

  • Once a reported issue is verified, Alloydesign will provide a replacement item or an equivalent resolution.

  • Shipping costs for replacements of verified defective items will be covered by Alloydesign.


International Considerations

  • For overseas orders, customers remain responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees incurred during delivery.

  • Replacement shipping timelines may vary due to international courier services and customs procedures.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Handle products with care upon delivery to avoid accidental damage.

  • Retain packaging until the product has been inspected and accepted.
